Psychiatry & Mental Health

Consultant-led assessment and treatment, with confidentiality as standard — and Ayurvedic support alongside where it genuinely helps.

Conditions we treat

You do not have to be in crisis to come in

Most people who see us are managing something that has been building quietly for a long time. Coming early makes treatment simpler, not weaker.

  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Anxiety, panic and phobias
  • Sleep disorders and insomnia
  • Stress, burnout and psychosomatic illness
  • OCD and related conditions
  • Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
  • De-addiction and relapse prevention
  • Child, adolescent and geriatric mental health
Psychiatric consultation

Completely confidential

Separate entrance and waiting area. Records are never shared without your written consent — not with employers, not with family, unless you ask us to.

What your visit looks like

No mystery, no rush

Assessment

A 45-minute consultation covering history, current symptoms and screening. You will not be hurried.

Investigation

Where useful, blood work in our own lab the same day — thyroid, vitamin levels and other reversible contributors are worth ruling out.

Joint review

Your psychiatrist and the Ayurvedic physician review everything together before a plan is agreed.

Your plan

Medication where indicated, therapy, Ayurvedic treatment and lifestyle changes — each one explained, with its purpose stated plainly.

Follow-up

Scheduled reviews rather than open-ended prescriptions, with family and caregiver counselling on request.

Common questions

Things people ask us first

Not automatically. Medication is prescribed when it is clinically indicated, and the reasoning is explained to you. Many people are managed with therapy, sleep and lifestyle work, and Ayurvedic support. Where medication is needed, it is reviewed regularly rather than continued indefinitely.
No. You can book directly by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.
Only if you want them to be. For adults, what you share stays between you and your doctor unless you give written consent, or unless there is an immediate risk to life — the one exception any clinician anywhere is bound by.
Yes. Many people bring a family member or friend, and we can speak with you alone for part of the consultation if you prefer.
Please call +91 89213 90454 for current consultation fees — we would rather quote you accurately than publish a figure that drifts out of date.
