Before you book a course
Yes. Every package begins with an assessment by an
Ayurvedic physician, who confirms which therapies are appropriate for you. Occasionally that means
recommending a different course from the one you had in mind — or none at all.
No. Accommodation and food are charged separately. Tell us what you need
when you enquire and we will explain the options and costs.
Often, yes — and it is one of the reasons this centre exists. Your
Ayurvedic physician and psychiatrist will agree the plan together. Never stop prescribed medication to
begin a therapy course.
Longer courses need scheduling, particularly during Karkidakam when demand is
