Growing older should not mean being dismissed
Low mood, poor sleep and memory change in later life are too often written off as “just age”. Frequently they are treatable, and worth assessing properly.
- Memory and dementia assessment
- Depression and anxiety in later life
- Sleep and behavioural change
- Medication review — reducing what is no longer needed
- Support and counselling for the family caring for them
- Home visits where travelling is difficult
Recovery is a programme, not a prescription
Psychiatric rehabilitation and de-addiction work best when they are structured, gradual and supported by the people around you. Our day-care programme runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Day-care programmes
Structured weekday routine with therapeutic activity and review.
Relapse prevention
Identifying triggers and building a realistic plan for the difficult days.
Social skills training
Rebuilding confidence in everyday interaction and routine.
Return to work
Supported, staged return rather than an abrupt one.

You are not doing this alone
Caring for someone through dementia, mental illness or addiction is exhausting, and carers rarely get support of their own. Ours is open to you as well.
Caregiver counselling
Practical guidance and a place to say how hard it actually is.
Understanding the illness
Plain explanations of what is happening and what to expect next.
Planning ahead
Medication routines, safety at home and knowing when to call us.
Some programmes are easier as an inpatient
Rehabilitation and longer Panchakarma courses often work better when you stay with us. Residential packages run from premium suites to shared wards, so the option exists at most budgets.
